Pada tanggal 25 Oktober dan 26 Oktober 2018, ASSAA mengambil bagian sebagai panitia dalam pelaksanaan American Studies International Conference (ASIC) 2018 yang berlokasi di lantai 7 Gedung Soegondo, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
